Rates

My fee is $300 for a 50-minute session. There are currently not any sliding fee spots available. Some insurance plans cover out of network for mental health services. If you would like to speak more please contact me.

Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) has 2 options:

Group experience: $375/per person for 2-3 hour session where you self administer Ketamine in a group setting

Follow up group integration sessions are $150/per person for 90 minute session

Individual KAP Experience: Just you and me for the entire experience at your home or my office

Ketamine session: $750 for 2-3 hour session

Follow up individual integration sessions $250 per 50 minute session

Additional fee for at-your-home sessions: $50 total per dosing session

Insurance

Depending on your current health insurance provider or employee benefit plan, it is possible for services to be covered in full or in part. Please contact your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for psychotherapy services.

I’d recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

• Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?

• Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?

• Where do I need to send my superbill?

If you have out of network benefits, plans typically reimburse some of my fee after any deductibles back to you. I will provide you a superbill to submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.

Payment

I accept cash and various methods of electronic payments. All of my clients put a card on file (credit, HSA, etc) and I bill 24-48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

I keep a small practice to ensure you get my maximum attention and service. I am committed to providing you with the best experience possible in order to heal while being exquisitely supported.

I have a no cancellation policy. You are charged to have a time slot saved for you each week. When I am away on vacation or have an unexpected emergency, I will not charge you. If you cannot meet a certain week, we can plan ahead and double up on another week. No shows will be charged at my full rate and not offered an option to reschedule if you didn’t request to reschedule at least 48 hours before our session. Your appointment slot is saved for you each week. In order to keep it, you must keep the commitment to show up each week. If you aren’t sure about your commitment to therapy or aren’t sure that you’ll be able to keep the weekly commitment, I may not be the right fit for you. I am committed to working with individuals who really want to do the work, and that means showing up each week.
